– Rumors that the Kerala story was about the 33k women in Kerala state were spreading hatred on the social media, but later on it was stated by the filmmakers and Supreme Court too that it is just a story of 3 girls.
This disputed movie was released on May 5th 2023 in the theaters and it has received mixed response from the audience. But the acting skills of the actress Adah sharma were undoubtedly commendable. The story revolves around 3 friends from Kerala who were studying in the same college and all were forced to convert themselves into Islam and join Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. The movie is all about how colleges going innocent girls are manipulated to convert their religion and change their beliefs. You can watch the whole story on the OTT platform after 23rd June. Moreover, many states like Madhya Pradesh have exempted tax on the movie while states like Tamil Nadu and West Bengal banned the movie to maintain the peace.
