Allu Arjun is a popular Indian actor who works in Telugu films. He is also known for his extraordinary dancing skills. Moreover, he is a recipient of several awards, including six Filmfare Awards and three Nandi Awards. So far Allu Arjun has not committed to any new film project but is presently concentrating on Sukumar’s ‘Pushpa: The Rule’. Due to his newly obtained popularity as a Pan-India star, he is now reportedly acting very aware in selecting the scripts and directors for his upcoming films.
However, he announced a film with Koratala Siva in the past which was later pushed aside after Koratala’s ‘Acharya’ failed to impress the Telugu viewers. He is also said to have kept Dil Raju’s ‘IKON’ on hold due to the same scripting issues. Now, as per the latest hum in Tollywood, Allu Arjun is keen to reunite with his ‘Race Gurram’ director Surender Reddy who has given him a solid hit movie of his career in 2014. However chief Surender Reddy’s ‘Syeraa Narasimha Reddy’ didn’t get along nicely in the box office, the story thought pitched by him to AA is said to have been loved by the ‘Pushpa’ star and assuming all works out in a good way, he (Allu) will collaborate with ‘Race Gurram’ chief post his ongoing responsibilities.
On the other hand, Surender Reddy is said to have wrapped up the talkie part of Akhil Akkineni and Mammooty’s ‘Agent’ and the film will hit the theaters in the summer of 2023. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun and his team have already begun shooting for Pushpa 2. The film is expected to hit screens in 2024. A recent report has put Pushpa 2 in the first place on the list of highly predicted films. The report has reviewed “only films releasing Dec 2022 onwards whose trailer yet has not been released but have been considered”.
