Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha Engagement on Saturday in a private ceremony attended by political figures and family members. Both announced the news on their Instagram pages, where they also posted photos from the ceremony. Following the ceremony, the couple took to Instagram to share their photos. Besides that, Parineeti and Raghav were twins in a white gown.

About the ceremony

Around 150 people attended the ceremony, which held at the Kapurthala House in Central Delhi. Among them were Parineeti’s cousin, actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and chief ministers of Punjab and Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann.

The ceremony began at 5 p.m. with the Sukhmani Sahib path, followed by ardas. And the wedding ceremony began at 8 p.m. Raghav attended the event wearing an ivory achkan designed by his uncle, fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva, while Parineeti wore a pastel peach Manish Malhotra gown.

Along with Derek O’Brien and Aditya Thackeray of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), other guests included P Chidambaram of the Congress and Aditya Thackeray of the Shiv Sena (UBT). Priyanka arrived earlier in the day from the US to take part in the ring ceremony. Moreover, she posed for photos with Parineeti’s father, Pawan Chopra, while donning a yellow sari for the event.
